I am the type of homeowner who value an upfront professional; and Edwin and his company is exactly that! As we work towards getting our home improvements done, we found out that we needed to get our septic tank evaluated. Upon researching and calling several companies, Edwin’s was the only one that was willing to provide all the necessary paperwork for the certification and for a good price, too!

His team and him came to our property knowledgeable and broke down exactly what needed to be done after assessing our septic tank. We appreciate Edwin’s candor, transparent fees and sticking to the timeline he had given us. His team was very helpful in helping us understand what was going on and how we would move forward. The work took a week and they even fixed my hot water pipe that FPL punctured. We are so glad they caught that!

We will be contacting then again when our septic needs cleaning!

I had an emergency situation with my septic tank. AAA Pro Plumbing came to my rescue. Another company told me I needed to replace the septic tank and drain field. AAA investigated and found the true issue. The drain field was never properly hooked up to the septic system. The owner and staff were timely, friendly and hardworking. Their price was reasonable. Edwin helped us navigate through a challenging issue with our septic system with his outstanding customer service, incredible knowledge and experience coupled with fast and effective service. I have left messages for Edwan, apparently the owner of the company, for him to call me back regarding storm drain installation. He is not reachable and I have been told over a period of 3 weeks that he will get back to me. Nothing. I guess it is better that way as imagine if I had contracted with him and paid him and he would have been unresponsive. Now he is lying about me asking to do a job without permit. My husband and I needed to replace the drain field at our house that was in major disrepair. After calling different providers, I reached out to AAA Pro Plumbing and immediately spoke with Edwin. He came out very quickly to look at the job site in order to provide a quote and can share that Edwin was very knowledgeable, providing great advice on how we should proceed. He sent over the quote quickly (even though we didn’t pull the trigger and send over a deposit for another ~2 months). Edwin was great at communicating and setting expectations, explaining that it would take 3-4 weeks to complete the whole job, including pulling the permit, and that the physical job would take less than a work week, between construction and inspection. EVERYTHING Edwin promised, was delivered. We felt he went above and beyond to make us happy and accommodate our specific home’s needs. We ended up having to have a few changes to the original plan, which Edwin was able to accommodate quickly. I was impressed with how hands on Edwin is, he’s out there working with his crew, with all being respectful and courteous and you can tell they take pride in their work. I was home when the inspector came through, and I asked him how the crew performed; inspector stated they did an excellent job, music to the ears of homeowners!! His prices are neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive, the prices are FAIR. Without a doubt would hire him and his team for other jobs or maintenance, and would gladly recommend to family and friends. I saw Mel pumping out a septic tank at a neighbor’s house and asked him if he could pump out my tank.  He was very professional, we agreed on a fair price for pumping out my tank and retrofitting it with man way to more easily access the tank for future pump outs.  Mel did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.  The following morning Noel and Roberto arrived and installed the man way and did a great job as well and were a pleasure to work with. Water started to come up through both of my shower drains at home. I called AAA Pro plumbing and they were very responsive and came the same day to address the issue. Thanks to Edwin and his helper they quickly assessed the problem and were able to fix the immediate issue and educate me on additional work that will need to be addressed in the future.
